The level of customer service here is under a one. The personal banker/teller with all the missing teeth is extremely rude. She poked the bear with her rudeness and unprofessional behaviors, and I told her next time you decide to be rude and disrespectful get your teeth fix. Horrible bank. Make sure you ask them everything if you want to get a account with this terrible bank. They wouldn't even deposit a check and I have an account with commerce. It was a commerce Bank check from a customer of mine and they wouldn't deposit the check into their own bank. Trash bank
This bank is horrible . They won't cash their own checks even when you have an account with them I suggest everybody drop their account I know my family will. Front desk lady was rude made me wait almost an hour just to see if they could cash it and then told me no and then they wouldn't deposit it in my own commerce account. Trans bank
They reduced my credit limit when I had a clean, on-time credit history during COVID time. In fact other banks gave me incentives of lower APR and a loan too same time so obviously my credit record was decent. But Commerce Bank decided to drop my credit limit and when I complained to consumer finance org about their shaddy practice they immediately dropped my credit limit again by approx 250 (the last payment I did) to make my available credit as 0, and sent me a letter in response to my complain that its in their terms to r... read more
