Very knowledgeable staff! Branch manager Pascale is outstanding and the first to go above and beyond for her customer! I have been a customer for over 30 years with the merger! Overall Great Customer service!

Great staff at the local branch but lousy loan underwriting department ! Very slow and very poor communication ! Got very frustrated dealing with a car loan and finally went with the dealership ! Even though I would pay a higher rate ! Very frustrating !
I've been a Commerce Bank customer for many years. I'm sorry to see some less than glowing reviews. I've been a customer of the Holden branch since moving here 5 years ago, and I find the staff to be sociable and helpful. I understand that not everyone is happy with the oversight of Berkshire, but the customer service is still there and that will keep me as a customer. Keep up the good work!
I was both a business and personal customer of Commerce bank for 7 years prior to the merger with Berkshire, and 1 year after. Since the merger, the focus on customer service and 'local relationships' has dissipated and been replaced by awful customer service and outdated tech systems. Online banking features have been halved, Berkshire statements are archaic and the new 'customer service' is to enforce and demand payment on every fee, regardless of circumstance or length of business relationship.
