Great staff at the local branch but lousy loan underwriting department ! Very slow and very poor communication ! Got very frustrated dealing with a car loan and finally went with the dealership ! Even though I would pay a higher rate ! Very frustrating !
I've been a Commerce Bank customer for many years. I'm sorry to see some less than glowing reviews. I've been a customer of the Holden branch since moving here 5 years ago, and I find the staff to be sociable and helpful. I understand that not everyone is happy with the oversight of Berkshire, but the customer service is still there and that will keep me as a customer. Keep up the good work!
