The people in the local office are great and have been here through 2 mergers, but Beacon Bank, the company, does not impress. Fraud is rampant and despite all precautions, still happens. When I confirmed an authorized transaction they shut down my debit card. Fine. Come in to the bank to get a new card. Fine. "It will take over a week to get a replacement debit card!" Seriously? Fortunately, Beacon isn't the only bank I work with, but it's the only one that appears stuck in the 20th century.
