this bank is very unprofessional and makes up rules as they go. I called to ask could I cash a check that was issued from their bank over the phone they told me that it will be fine and I spoke to someone name Mary when I got there I was judged and on how I looked and the color of my skin. When I first walked in the door, I asked the lady at the front desk there is a Mary who worked there and they responded yes, I asked if I could speak with her about our conversation and me cashing my check I waited for someone to come to t... read more

This bank should be called unprofessional bank. The lack of response to anybody asking for their services makes me question who they are as a business. As a Latino x business owner and United States military veteran I asked them for help twice and both times they gave me the silent treatment. Be aware if you aren’t Caucasian you won’t get any help. I do feel betrayed and would warn future customer from doing business with this institution.
