Marcia was beyond amazing. I had to come in from out of state to close an account. She kept very clear and frequent communication with me about the steps and what documents would be needed before I came. I was greeted warmly upon arrival and she knew exactly who I was and was ready to help. Her and her colleague Cameron even gave me local restaurant recommendations to explore while in town. They were friendly, courteous, and thorough. Excellent caring customer service.
This is my best bank. I no longer live near them, but I travel to Ok. City. The manager & asst manager treat us like family.♥️♥️♥️
They sent me a credit card pre-approval in the mail, applied and got a nice $20k limit, twice the initial limit of my Chase Flex card! Unfortunately the reviews here have me terrified of actually using it lol. A shame because I would like to get that 4% on streaming/cable.
