My insurance company has been trying to contact them for weeks to get a payoff amount, but Commerce Bank simply refused to respond. AMAZING CANNOT PAY OFF LOAN Bank is a sham be weary in Oklahoma. Boats, Motorcycle dealerships like to use them for loans. I have never had any reason to speak with the bank until it came time to payoff. Overdrafted my account over 2,000.00 then reversed the payment and said I cancelled it. Then instead of drafting the balance they short it.
