Horrible place to bank employees don’t even know the real answers - I was told oh yeah you can get 2600$ from each debt card a day yeah not try 1000$ shares between cards 🤦♂️ also they don’t listen to anything you say absolutely a joke
If your cash isn’t in pristine condition Rachael in operations thinks it’s professional to talk poorly about you on the phone enough for the customer to over hear it! I’ve been a customer here for years and I’ll be taking my entire families banking needs elsewhere because of Rachel’s behavior. Such poor taste.

I have banked with Commerce Bank for many years. I have always received good treatment and quick service. Anything I have needed to get accomplished has been handled smoothly and efficiently. I even started one of my grandsons with Commerce when he got a job.
