been banking there for more than 25 years... as soon as they release my money I will withdraw it all and go to a different bank. Martha says she is going to hold my money indefinitely... more than $30,000 being held and NOBODY will help me.
The manager Martha and the staff was extremely helpful. They went long ways to help my check clear for an emergency even though they didn't have to do that help for a stranger but they did. Very kind staff. Good people does exist here
I opened a new account online, and due to an issue with the Commerce system I did not receive the account number. After an hour on the phone, the only option was to go in person to a branch and show my ID to get my account number and gain access to online banking. Laura, I believe her name is, immediately told me she could not give me my account number stating that she cannot know if I am the account holder because "accounts set up online do not have signature cards".
