I was trying to open an account for someone as their poa. The banks legal team said that the durable power of attorney form which was drafted up by a lawyer, did not have enough durable language so they declined me opening up an account. I took the same durable power of attorney to another bank and had no problems.
been banking there for more than 25 years... as soon as they release my money I will withdraw it all and go to a different bank. Martha says she is going to hold my money indefinitely... more than $30,000 being held and NOBODY will help me.
The manager Martha and the staff was extremely helpful. They went long ways to help my check clear for an emergency even though they didn't have to do that help for a stranger but they did. Very kind staff. Good people does exist here
