After an unfortunate scamming, I went to the bank to close the accounts we had there for 40 years and open new accounts. I was treated fairly and graciously. Each person I had dealings with helped me immensely and were so very kind, even with me feeling totally overwhelmed with each of probably six visits over three to four weeks And I introduced them to the wonders of brown butter chocolate chip cookies to thank them for their help, their understanding and their kindness. I found Webster to be an awesome branch!
Went in today to deposit a check and had some questions about my account, and everyone was just so kind to me! Gabriel helped me with some financial questions and was really kind, did a great job and even stayed a few minutes late to make sure I got the information I needed. New favorite branch!
As banks go, they don't really save or give you money. That being said, the service is what they rely on. This bank probably has the worst service in the industry. To be fair, I have not been to every bank there is. The employees really don't want to be there and even more so don't want you there. I'm sticking with Regions bank
