Someone stole a family members wallet and someone walked in with the stolen id and the banker some how allowed them to withdraw all the money out of their accounts. Tell me how you have a photo id but look nothing like the person and they allow them to withdraw all the money. Terrible bank the teller who allowed it should be fired and it happend at 2 other locations. Unacceptable. How is this even possible with all the security.
The teller, Joel, is super rude and dismissive. He made multiple errors on my account and then lied about it. SMH!

Kathy Harms Mercer is a great banker, and this location is spacious as well. It’s a bit hard to access due to Webster Groves construction, but it’s okay.
