I have had this bank for years but recently the older man always wearing a turtle neck as been extremly rude. I attempted to sign a check over to my wife and he didn't allow it, the next time I tried to deposit her check into her account and he denied me. Yesterday my wife was denied cashing her own check and they are holding it for 7 days. I have banked with commerce for 25 years and have never had an issue. Always great service when I needed to go in to an actual branch. They take care of their customers, gave me the best rate anywhere on a personal loan to pay for my daughter’s destination wedding. 2 percentage points better!!!!!!
