Longtime Commerce customer. Have always recd excellent service until just now. Called to inquire if a check had cleared. Put on hold and auto machine told me I would be on hold 8 minutes or longer. This is not even close to good customer service. I am going to go in and visit a Bloomington branch and see If this is what I can continue to expect. Far too many other local banks who don t do this to remain a customer if this continues.
