This bank is so bad they took out my savings 580 dollars cuz I when over my 10 transactions. So I guess if you have a savings account and a checking account, you can only do 10 transaction from your savings to your checking a month if you go over the 10 transactions they take 10 dollars from every transaction you do after you go over the 10 a month. During my visit, I requested to exchange smaller bills for one-hundred-dollar bills. While counting the money, the teller openly complained about the process. Although the request was reasonable and part of normal banking services, the teller’s attitude came across as unprofessional and discouraging. I hope this feedback helps improve future customer experiences.

I have nothing against the employees, many who have been with this for decades. But after Commerce Bank was bought out by berkshire bank in 2017, their services and rates plummeted. Worse service hours (it used to be 7-7), more confusinf policies, a worse website, worse banking rates. There are bettee banks in the area. And if you want ri support the community, go inti a credit union.
