I have nothing against the employees, many who have been with this for decades. But after Commerce Bank was bought out by berkshire bank in 2017, their services and rates plummeted. Worse service hours (it used to be 7-7), more confusinf policies, a worse website, worse banking rates. There are bettee banks in the area. And if you want ri support the community, go inti a credit union.

Been a customer here for many many years. Always have great service and the staff is kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Never had a problem here. This is the way service should be! Nice to know customer service is still important in this day and age.
