The branch manager invited to help me as soon as I entered the bank. He was friendly, informative and courteous. He took the time to answer my questions about the difference between paying monthly bills using my checking account versus my debit card. Then and after my bank transaction was completed with his assistance, I left the branch with a smile.
Never a long wait in drive thru services
I cannot recall a single time I’ve stopped by to use the ATM and it’s actually been working. Quite frustrating.
