Great bank. Staff is always kind. I've been with Commerce for over a decade and tell everyone to bank with them. They've never let me down. Management has always helped in a pinch. From the Lamar branch, to Stateline, to Quivera. Everyone has always been helpful.
I don’t know what has changed in the last 6 months or so, but this branch has really gone down hill. The manager, Devin, needs a serious attitude adjustment.
This bank is the worst bank EVER! I hate going to this bank but I have to because it's the bank my work banks at. The people are so unfriendly and they don't even acknowledge you when you walk in or when you're in the drive thru. They are so S L O W!!!!! ITS RIDICULOUS how slow they are! It must be a requirement to be unfriendly and rude to work there! Especially the red headed guy! Honestly this bank needs new employees!
