Tried depositing a check from the same company I deposited from last week under my married name, I provided documentation showing it’s my legal name and married name. Jonathan shields tells me I need to bring in a dl with that name I go in the branch and update my name with my marriage license & passport instead. Maybe we should go back to training because the information provided to me was incorrect especially if I can just walk in the bank a change my name with the same documents I was told I couldn’t use.
