I usually go here to get some funds for employee appreciation every 6-8 weeks. Today with Vanessa I felt nearly abandoned as if she did not have time for me. No one was in drive thru and no one was behind me. I ask for 14 envelopes and she slapped down 20 of them. More training needs to be done to calibrate customer service. I will not go back here again for this. She likely did not mean to be rude and was overwhelmed. Just an awful encounter.

Try to Cash a check with your DL and that's not good enough. How un American is that??

One -I received an equipment and sign on bonus check from a new employer the employer Vesta Healthcare it was a bad check they returned the check to me and closed my account. My current employer banks at commerce and they put a 5 day hold on that check it cleared as it was my direct deposit now all Commerece Loan people are put on Commission so they're all quitting Find new banks people Commerce and BOA have internal embezzlers preying on people! And gave out info to people I don't know very well pretending be former police ... read more
