Terrriable location to start out that is for sure. Can't get ahold of this location with the number provided it's a blanket number. They do as they wish and of course pre offer the normal we apologize we did what we wanted and yes it's because of me lol . Getting harder and harder to find 1) honest employees or 2) a person who has any other words in their vocabulary then I am sorry or it is what it is.
There is a blond lady that works at this bank who is absolutely the nicest - she will answer any questions and do what she can to make your visit top notch. I cant remember her name but she recently got married . No other Commerce bank in the area has someone like that. She speaks clearly and has a great smile.
GO TO A CREDIT UNION. THIS IS JUST ANOTHER CAPPY BIG BANK THAT CHARGES FEES AFTER FEES. CHARGES $8 TO CASH A CHECK, HOW PATHETIC!
Been with commerce for 20-some years now. Had several different accounts at various times over the years. Pros: - Reliable banking. Never any issue with any checking, savings, or money market account I've had. - Multiple convenient locations in the KC metro area with helpful staff - Getting an auto loan was a quick, painless process with a decent rate for having no credit.
