Usually a great experience.
This is more about an employee. I've been a customer for 20 years and have always had good to great service. Today, i walked into this branch on 64th St. in need of a notary - usually, a 1 minute transaction. The notary told me she was busy with another customer, who was over at the coin counter, beginning to dump a 5 gallon jug of coins. I walked out, incredibly disappointed in her complete lack of awareness and service. C'mon Commerce. You're better than this.
Great location and the service is second to none. Always a great and easy experience.
I'm over all the fees and every time I try to use the drive through I have to plan my whole day around it. I just spent 12 minutes waiting with no service. Literally only one car in front of me and they were already there. I finally left without even getting service. I know they can afford to staff more than one person. My neighborhood uses Central Bank and whenever I go to deposit money into our account it's great service. Time to switch for myself as well. I'm over it.
