Everyone here has been extremely nice to us. My parents have banked in Parkville as long as I can remember as well as a down town Kansas City branch and my grandkids bank there too. That’s a lot of generations. We usually use the drive through but occasionally go inside and have been treated well at both.
I don't know if illegal or not. But 2 times this year my paychecks hasn't been deposited until Saturday when it was pose to deposit on a Friday. This isn't the first time in the past 3 or 4 years where a hand full of times they have held my paycheck and once I had to hold out on rent because of them. 3 stars are for the other excellent services I had with them. I had to only give them 3 stars because of them holding my paychecks when they were dated for a Friday deposits.
