I have banked here for 16 years. Always a good experience. Staff is courteous, professional, and informative about Commerce Bank accounts, CD's, etc. I highly recommend!!
I'm giving 5 stars for Hannah! She helped me set up my account with ease, efficiency, and speed. However, I'm giving the bank one star. You can only transfer $250 a day to another account. That's ridiculous, and it takes 4 days to reach the other account. I'd suggest banking with a larger bank if you need to move funds and actually have access to your own money.
Based off the reviews I guess I won't be coming
The only reason I bank at commerce is because my grandmother trusted them . Currently I am out of town, and someone at the bank mistakenly removed me from my account. I have no access to any funds to return home. They have not done enough to help me get a new card to my location. They keep pushing the date back. I have been stuck for a week now stranded.
