I've been with Commerce Bank for just over a year now, and I've never had a problem. They always greet me professionally and handle everything in a quick efficient manner.
I have banked here for 16 years. Always a good experience. Staff is courteous, professional, and informative about Commerce Bank accounts, CD's, etc. I highly recommend!!
I'm giving 5 stars for Hannah! She helped me set up my account with ease, efficiency, and speed. However, I'm giving the bank one star. You can only transfer $250 a day to another account. That's ridiculous, and it takes 4 days to reach the other account. I'd suggest banking with a larger bank if you need to move funds and actually have access to your own money.
