I visited this branch today to try and resolve an issue with my newly opened account with them. I was scammed through a false company. Once I was made aware of it I contacted commerce customer service to report it, I was instructed by them to visit a branch to open a new account and I wanted to close the account to protect my funds. The guy assisting was great and helpful until he called over a lady (maybe Hispanic) not sure if she was the manager but she had no empathy, understanding or compassion.
