Based off the reviews I guess I won't be coming
The only reason I bank at commerce is because my grandmother trusted them . Currently I am out of town, and someone at the bank mistakenly removed me from my account. I have no access to any funds to return home. They have not done enough to help me get a new card to my location. They keep pushing the date back. I have been stuck for a week now stranded. ** DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION, THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME & HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE **** The new staff and Branch manager (Diana Romero) were Incompetent and ignorant or their own systems and process. I will never come back to this branch I pray someone trains them and that they research issues before giving final decision about peoples money.
