I have been a Commerce Bank customer for several years, and my experience has been increasingly frustrating. First, I have had two separate checking accounts compromised, and I still do not have a clear understanding of how it happened. Having one account compromised is concerning enough, but having it happen twice significantly impacted my confidence in the bank. Great bank
UPDATE: Mason, the teller who recently helped me, was great - personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I have banked here for 16 years. Always a good experience. Staff is courteous, professional, and informative about Commerce Bank accounts, CD's, etc. I highly recommend!!
