I've always loved Commerce Bank as a whole.
Sometimes good, sometimes bad. I've waited over 5 min to even be acknowledged in the drive through when there's noone else in the drivethrough. I've pressed the call button before because the shuttle wasn't working and noone showed up, again, noone in the driver through(had to just go home that day. Then other times it's perfectly pleasant. Everytime it seems like the folks are nice, but it also seems like they don't care about the customers. I wish it were more consistent.
