I've been very pleased with Commerce Bank. They have given me great service no matter what branch I visit.
Sometimes good, sometimes bad. I've waited or 5 min to even be acknowledged in the drive through when there's noone else in the drivethrough. I've pressed the callbutton before because the shuttle wasn't working and noone showed up, again, noone in the driver through(had to just go home that day. Then other times it's perfectly pleasant. Everytime it seems like the folks are nice, but it also seems like they don't care about the customers. I wish it were more consistent.
