They suck came in for help with a temporary id and I have cashed a different check just recently with the same temporary id and they said it’s up to the manager if they want to cash it or not. they didn’t even want to help me
I've always loved Commerce Bank as a whole.
Sometimes good, sometimes bad. I've waited over 5 min to even be acknowledged in the drive through when there's noone else in the drivethrough. I've pressed the call button before because the shuttle wasn't working and noone showed up, again, noone in the driver through(had to just go home that day. Then other times it's perfectly pleasant.
