Worst experience at a bank. They employee some of the rudest people I’ve ever met. I have seen them goofing around while there are lines of people that need to be dealt with. If you’re considering banking here, DON’T! I’m in the process of switching banks just because of my experiences here though their customer service line was more than helpful when I called to turn in this branch. 10 years of my business was apparently wasted with them.
RecommendedI haven’t received a bank statement from one of my accounts I have moved took my new address to the drive up window next month I told. Someone at the window he didn’t seem like he was interested in helping me can you tell me how I can follow it on my I phone?
Commerce bank is holding my money hostage for $6.00. Won't cash a check one of their customers gave me as payment, now I have to bother their customer for extra money.
