Terrible customer service. I'm a business owner and went to cash a check from my client that banks here. I was in the bank for 18min. The only customer inside. They even called my client to verify the check.
Personable, knowledgeable, able to provide answers to any question I have. and keeps me informed of any updates the bank is doing.
