MAC was the best! She helped me over the phone and answered all my questions and was super sweet. She is the reason I give this bank 5 stars.

I always receive very professional service at this branch (South Grand). All the staff, including Security, are very respectful and good at their jobs. Recently I had an issue and the manager (Sherrick) and the teller(Chris) very patiently guided me through the issue. Thanks!
