Unwelcoming of all neighbors
I wish zero stars was an option. I strongly recommend moving your accounts (and helping your elderly loved ones move theirs) to another bank before an end-of-life situation occurs. For 11 months, I have been trying to resolve issues involving my deceased father’s accounts. As executor of his estate, I dealt with nearly a dozen Commerce Bank employees, received conflicting information about his beneficiary designation, had to go through probate and subpoena the bank, and am still dealing with them.
