Great experience at the republic missouri commerce. My rep greeted me right as I walked in. She assisted me in getting my cashiers check for new truck. She was so caring when I told her the story on why I was getting a new truck. She was on an emotional level with me, caring, and went over the top. She assisted me with setting up a new savings account with better interest rates, which I didn’t even ask about, she offered it, educated me, took care of my needs and truly cares. I sold a trailer and took a check from commerce bank and stopped by to cash the check and they wanted to charge me a fee for cashing a check on there bank because I didn't have a account with them. I have checked with 3 other banks . Not one of them charge a fee on a check from there bank. Commerce if a rip off !!!
Rece is top notch and was able to get my money back and walked me through what to do i greatly appreciate his patience and ability to do his job well . He c a resident for his customers . Thank you !
