I sold a trailer and took a check from commerce bank and stopped by to cash the check and they wanted to charge me a fee for cashing a check on there bank because I didn't have a account with them. I have checked with 3 other banks . Not one of them charge a fee on a check from there bank. Commerce if a rip off !!!
Rece is top notch and was able to get my money back and walked me through what to do i greatly appreciate his patience and ability to do his job well . He c a resident for his customers . Thank you !
Terrible bank! I paid my truck off and for 4 months they kept taking the payment out. This issue was brought to their attention the first month it happened. Yet it still kept on happening. Not a trustworthy bank!
