Worst bank in the history of time. Constantly locks my card so I cant use it but continues to let bills be taken out of the account. So, they let you pay your bills but make you wait 3 hours to buy groceries
Always friendly staff
Horribly slow I see multiple employees standing around while I sit and wait in drive through long lines and I can see employee jumping around talking and playing poor service the bank should be ashamed
Once you finally get the direct number getting anyone to answer the phone or return a message is impossible. Once you do get someone getting them to do what you need doesn’t happen. To be fair it could be this branch or the one at 110 Barry Road but I wouldn’t know because the folks at the customer service call center gave me the wrong number!!!!!
