Amazing bikes But not very amazing service My shock has been blown after 10 months of riding and not under warranty when the bike is eg my friend got his bike 8 weeks ago and ridden it at the bike park 8 times and his seal in his fork is broken and they expect him to pay 200$ to fix it don’t recommend as much as I love my bike you need to have a lot of money to keep your bike operational It’s gonna cost a lot in the long run
Purposefully flew to Christchurch to pick up my Commie and guys were super helpful with geometry and sizing. I got to ride both sizes I was interested in around the carpark multiple times. I also like it how they give you the bike in a box so you can have your own input in building up your bike, but also was convenient for me to put back on a plane. Overall customer service was great and bro let me take extra stickers :)
