My Mum was Case Managed by Commcare. We found them to be very caring, empathetic and professional in their services to Mum. We would highly the company to anyone who needs a Home Care Package Provider who understands Aged Care consumers!
BEWARE OF THE WORST "CARE PROVIDER"! THEY ONLY CONCERNED ABOUT THEIR CARE MANAGEMENT AND PACKAGE MANAGEMENT FEES!!! THEY CHARGE 35% (MORE THAN A THIRD OUT OF YOUR HOME PACKAGE) FOR MOST UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICES! Director Bill O'Shea is VERY rude, raises voice if you ask him a simple question, employs the most unprofessional staff. No one returns phone calls & messages, no one responds to numerous emails. Please think twice to sign up & use their services! We had the WORTH experience with them!!!
