Rude and Arrogant. Must be a Yankee Transplant. Became unhinged over asking why there is a price difference between 2 scanners that he said are the same. That's how a person who is tying to rip you off acts. Just read the other reviews and you will see this is a company that will be out of business soon. AVOID like Covid19!
Never buy a radio from this company he sold me a used a hand scanner I took it in for repairs he kept it for over 2 months and then gave me a totally different radio that does not have any of the stations that I use he is a rip off I never went back and now I have a radio that is of no use to me that cost me over $700

WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE, they screwed up the shipping, got my purchase late... They will doctor up ads with false pictures to get you to buy from them!. Best bet is not spending your money here. I know I WON'T...
