Incredibly disappointed with the customer service. I booked in with a gift voucher, and paid for the services fully at a discounted rate that was offered on their website. After completing the sauna experience - and I was leaving, not prior - I was informed that there was an additional surcharge that I had not yet paid due to the public holiday. I had the BEST facial I've ever had at Comma Melbourne! I was having an overwhelming day - I even thought about cancelling my facial because I really wanted to enjoy the experience (which was gifted to me) - but I decided to go ahead, and it seriously turned my day back around in the most incredible way!
