Came to Melbourne for a short holiday. I used to visit Japan once a year for onsen, but this year I found this place quite close to the city with a lovely Japanese-inspired design. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The facilities are beautifully refurbished, creating a relaxing and ambient environment. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.
1 Review I’m extremely disappointed with the way this business handled my booking. I had a $300 gift voucher that expired just four days before I attempted to redeem it. When I contacted them to book in, I was simply told that it had expired and that they “need to stick to their policy” because vouchers are valid for three years from the purchase date.
