A truly horrendous experience. Showed lots of empathy at the start, but then failed to meet agreed timelines or deliver work as promised. Then tried to renegotiate fees just prior to a hearing. When I questioned some of the items in the new contract which they were trying to force on me, they abruptly withdrew their representation. This left me in the position of finding new representation just prior to an important hearing (I think this was a blessing in disguise). At first, it was great. Pamela was supportive and I finally felt heard. Then, with out communication and against what we mutually agreed on, Pamela decided she was no longer going to represent me, her junior lawyers were.
