I ordered via Facebook webpage. Never confirmed delivery and kept ignoring my messages to confirm after booking and being told a date and that I would be contacted with a time slot the day before Waste of time - don’t bother with them.
Gorgeous bed. However, the slats that came with it were very weak, while setting it up, one of the main ones broke. I messaged the company. They just read my grievance and have no responded. Very disappointed
Would love to say how great they are... But unfortunately when the bed arrived, it was damaged. When messaged (photos sent) they agreed to send a replacement, however I've tried multiple times to arrange the delivery of the damaged pieces and not heard anything really disappointed. Poor customer service
If I could score it a 0 I would. Do NOT buy from this company. They have taken £320 off of me for a bed that has come with missing/wrong parts and won’t rectify this issue. They ignored every message I sent them until I said I would take this further to then they said they will send out a “helper” tomorrow but I’ve been messaging them all day asking a time to which they are ignoring my messages again.
