Yesterday we had visited two furnature stores prior to going to comfy couch. We found the perfect couch at the second one however from what they told us it was a Ashley exclusive and we wouldn't be able to get it until May 18th. Purchased a set of couches for the home theater room. The set was fine to sit on in the show room and the delivered goods were the same. The projection equipment was installed for about three weeks after the delivery so we did not spend much of any time sitting on this furniture. Once we started watching movies, we realized that this was a very uncomfortable set. Liars. As they I asked If I can buy a flor sample they tell me I cant, but that they can order it for me and it would only take 4 weeks. As we sign the order agreement they now tell me its goint to actually be 6 week, so I ask get a real time frame they say 6 weeks for sure. The first time we went into comfy couch, a man greeted us and let us shop around. He did not help us out at all since we told him we just wanted to look around. We came back again after discussing a couch we may be interested in, and the interior design girl helped us. She was very informative and helped us with the process of picking out fabric for our custom couch.
