I had a very unpleasant experience at this furniture store today. A male staff member wearing an orange hockey-style jacket and glasses approached me. When I politely said, “Just looking around,” he gave me a cold, dismissive look and walked away without saying anything. His attitude was disrespectful and unprofessional.
