They arrived 15 minutes before their earliest arrival time (per the voice mail); then arrived an hour and a half after the return request was called in. This place was called a total of four times! They had no ETA the first three times and didn't bother to put the return request into the system for the first and second calls. The driver didn't provide any information for whom to call for a return ride and the driver didn't have a.a step stool or seatbelt extender for either trip. Unbelievably terrible service! If I could rate NEGATIVELY I would most definitely do so! The only good drivers are Tom & Junior, the other drivers are ignorant, and disrespectful, all you are is an inconvenience to them and they speak to you like you’re a piece of garbage. The amount of disrespect these people have is disgusting. Drivers will arrive more than an hour early, before the facility is even open and want to drop you off in the dark, below freezing temperatures!!! Comfort CARE NOTHING! Great at picking you up and will call is a little tricky, but being disabled is the worst. They give me my best chance at a life. I have had a couple drivers I didn't like, but overall pretty happy with my experience. I hope the dispatchers would just be a little more honest when there will be late. I understand logistics play into the timing of people getting back home. But I feel blessed with The Trumbull County Senior Levy.

Dropped my mom off for an appointment waiting still over an hour for a pick up and all they say is someone in the way as another lady from same facility got picked up before her when I called way before. Ridiculous
