My friends placed their elderly mother in this facility recently and have already had to remove her due to a lack of care. This included poor supervision, allowing her to remain in soiled conditions for an extended period of time, and not monitoring daily intake of food, fluids and supplements. My 103 year old grandmother was placed here because she needed 24 hour care and our family was no longer able to care for her properly. When we came to visit, on more than one occasion, her sheets were soaked in urine and excrement, when asked about this, the staff became belligerent and angry. We immediately moved her (at great expense) and placed her back in her home. If you care about your loved one, you should place them anywhere but this place.
