Comfort Care has been an answer to prayers for my dad‘s care. The staff is wonderful in caring for my dad and responds quickly to any questions/requests I may have. I love the family style of living versus a facility. The smaller environment and staff have made it easier for him to navigate his daily routine. He is noticeably less anxious. I like the fact that he has staff or residents around him 24/7. First, zero COVID cases at any of their Kansas City homes tells you a lot about ComfortCare Homes. My siblings and I love the family model of care. It's as if mom lives in a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood with 5 other friends and around-the-clock staff. The owners and nurses are highly skilled, and, importantly, they seem to genuinely enjoy their calling. They smile a lot. They treat the residents like family. Would not work for this company they do not answer the phone, do not return calls back. I have been calling for 3 weeks now to no avail I have called the owner she does not return calls back they are not 6 feet apart when eating or visiting there loved ones they use old food containers like butter bowls and what not to store left over food they can’t keep employees I would not recommend this place for work I only worked for a month if that with them too much work for little pay 👎🏻

I cannot say enough wonderful things about ComfortCare Homes and their staff. They are incredibly professional, hard working, devoted and tender hearted. The homes are warm, clean and welcoming and you immediately feel a sense of peace when walking through the front door. Usually there is the delightful aroma of fresh baked goodies too! This company is nothing short of amazing. The kindness that is shown to the residents is wonderful. I am happy to have worked in this environment of residents getting treated like family. The staff is all very kind and flexible. Looking forward to working with them more in the future.
