I have always loved this coffee shop I go there all the time. I was super polite as always and ordered something on the website that I guess they didn’t make anymore. The older lady on the phone was rude and told me 40 minutes. I walked in a little early to hear her bad mouthing me. And the place was empty they almost didn’t give me anything to eat with. Didn’t put the lid on my coffee so it spilt all over me and slammed my food on the table.

RECIEVED MASSAGE LAST WED. WAS AGONY THAT NIGHT ,THE NEXT DAY I RETURN FOR ANOTHER TO HELP ALIEVIATE THE PAIN,WAS CHARGED AGAIN.WENT THROUGH THE WEEKEND IN HORRABLE PAIN.(NO SLEEP) CALLED JIM ON MON.HIS ADVICE WAS SEE A CHIROPRATOR.NEVER AGAIN!!!!! SO FAR I HAVE MISSED 2 DAYS OF WORK.WHO WOULD OF THOUGHT A CHAIR MASSAGE WOULD BE SO HORRABLE !!!!!! (ALSO NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL !!!) A SMILE GOES A LONG WAY !!!!!!

I have made a commitment to going to Jim at comfort zone massage since the beginning of the year. I got super sick two years ago with a rare autoimmune disease which caused me to spend a lot of time in bed and took many harmful meds to combat the disease. These meds did a great deal of damage to my leg muscles specifically. Jim is helping me restore my flexibility and comfort level. I am completely comfortable with him and his knowledge base goes way beyond a basic massage!
