Bad experience for my wife and myself and 2 others that traveled with us. The lady at the front desk was more interested in her cell phone than checking people in. The elevator was missing the red button for firemen. There was just a hole in the panel. The bathroom door handle fell off when opening the door and a piece of the door was missing. The worst comfort suite I’ve ever stayed hands down bugs elevator broken room service didn’t give new towels and barely have enough key cards had another night but left early and got a bnb I didn’t care about the money just had to get outta there

Penelope was a sweetheart, very helpful she was able to get me in a better room than I originally booked. Rooms clean and smells good, would stay here again
Zero stars! As other reviews also state (I wish I had read them before I booked a room here), it is TERRIBLE. No towels or soap in the bathroom and no linens for the pull-out couch that our 5th person needed to sleep on. When we asked, they gave us a couple sheets and said they didn't have any pillows or blankets because the hotel was "full" yet there were only a handful of cars in the entire lot.
