Please do not use this company if your coming to Florida!!!! I was charged over $500 for service I never received. I was told the cars would be waiting for me and my family when we got off the train. The rides were not there. This company with a worker name MIKE is a true ******* who doesn't run the company properly. He told me 1 month prior to arrival that I needed to reserve the vehicles which one was suppose to be wheelchair vehicle for my daughter. And one regular vehicle. And I paid over $500 up front. We have been using Comfort Ride Transportation since January this year when my 97 year old mom came down from Maryland to Assited Living at ****** ***** ** ********** in Saint Cloud, Florida. We have used the service 6 times, and are very pleased. We have 4 more additional trips scheduled. They are on time (actually early), and are flexible with the pick-up, as the length of doctor's appointments are unpredictable. We highly recommend this service.
