Easy to navigate website, online purchase as expected, & follow-up communciation for order status was clear & timely. Even though Futon was packaged in plastic wrap rather than in a box as well for protection, Futon was in perfect shape after opening.
I had a very bad experience with an online order. They charged my credit card $541.49 for a king-size tatami mat on 3/3/25, but I never received a confirmation email. I couldn’t find the order in my website account either, so I called them on 3/13/25. They told me they had no record of the purchase and said I needed to re-process the order and pay $569.99 over the phone. I had to call AMEX to dispute the original $541.49 charge and explain why I was disputing it — a total waste of my time. NOT RECOMMEND.

Great service and great product!
I ordered the wrong product by accident and was helped with concise communication and correction. I ordered the wooly/natural latex topper and have been sleeping differently since its arrival. The lush depth of it has been like sleeping in the arms of a loving mother. The ease and rest achieved has made me realized how erratic my sleep had been.
