The products are pretty good, not more than what I expected from the website descriptions. The included assembly instructions are minimal, and not very useful. I relied too much on my experience assembling furniture. I was unable to find an assembly video. Product arrived with four screws missing. the futon mattress is exceptional.....i am 75 years old and wanted to go back to a futon.....so glad there are now thicker ones. I really wanted to have a toxic free mattress and I am hopeful that is this, since it has a strange odor. The shipping- which can take forever and the packaging- i suggest need improvement. I would be willing to pay a bit more for more environmentally friendly packaging as well as faster shipping time. That would have been a 5 star rating. product is exactly what I expected and seems well constructed. Shipping was fast ~ 1 week for split tatami twin, little slower for the futon tatami mat combo ~ 3 weeks.
We purchased their full size wood captain's bed frame with 8 drawers and 2 cabinets (4 drawers on each side and 1 cabinet on each side). We are happy about it but knocked a star off for the "Cons" below. Pros: Solid wood frame (except for bottom of cabinet, which is understandable). I ordered the wrong product by accident and was helped with concise communication and correction. I ordered the wooly/natural latex topper and have been sleeping differently since its arrival. The lush depth of it has been like sleeping in the arms of a loving mother. The ease and rest achieved has made me realized how erratic my sleep had been.
