I am writing to formally notify you of an extremely unacceptable and unprofessional experience I’ve had with your delivery team, specifically involving individuals named Phong, Matt, and Daniel T. To begin with, my delivery was rescheduled four times without proper notice or explanation. The final attempt to delay was especially infuriating as I had already taken time off work, resulting in a loss of income. This is my second set of living room furniture from Comfort, living I got great quality service customer service. Their finance company was great no houses on my delivery. My furniture was delivered undamaged and on time me personally I like comfort living thank you for being there. A customer Mary Davis, George Davis.
Trust the negative reviews and go elsewhere. The owner is friendly when you’re picking out furniture but once you’ve paid them, the friendliness and all communication ends. They don’t give you a clear delivery date, and when my family and I have called for the status of our orders, the owner has yelled at us and threatened to cancel our orders if we don’t want to be patient.
