I started doing Nikki's DeStress yoga almost a year ago and now it has become my favorite night of the week! She has taught me how to be in the moment, how to breath, how to lessen my anxiety, and the wonderful stretches we do help so much with my lower back and hip problems. I love how her studio is cozy and calm and relaxing. Her messages and Reiki are amazing! Nikki herself is such a beautiful and kind person. You can't help but love her as soon as you meet her!
This is my first time attempting Yoga. I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor and studio. Niki is truly a breath of fresh air with the love, patience and calm that she exudes. I so look forward to my Wednesday yoga class each week. Mary Efremedis
Hi I tried a lot places who doing a massage but they couldn’t help me anywhere. Searching on internet I found Nikki, and I said to myself I will give a try . I suffer from lower back nerve damage L4-5 & S1 which for quit a few years was managed by a physiatrist; but after 5+years of injections I decided that I had to find a different solution. This led me to Comfort and Balance.; one of my best friends had suggested Comfort & Balance for massage therapy. All I can say is why did I wait so long?
