I have been going to see Niki at Comfort and Balance for over 20 years for massage, meditation, and yoga and always felt so much better afterwards. Niki always asks at the beginning of the massage what is going on so you can have the best experience. I was having an experience with nausea. I recently traveled and between the plane and rough waters l was having a big problem and l was miserable couldn't enjoy anything. Of course I mentioned it to Niki and she said she knew what it was. This was the first time I ever took a yoga class. It was phenomenal. Nikki was amazing and if you had a hard time doing a move she would show you two other options to do the same move. Highly recommend.
The best experience, not only is Nicki warm, kind and the best, she does a great job with all the knots in my back. 10/10 recommend
