I rented a Chevrolet Traverse from them off of TURO. I was charged tolls even though the car had significant mechanical issues including going into limp mode and turning off by itself. I received a full refund from Toro from the vehicle but still charged tolls. I tried to work with them to pay the tolls I did use Vs the ones they required me to use but to no avail. I recommend if you use this company and you have a mechanical issue. Leave the car and let them deal with it.
