Poor customer service
I'd give zero stars if I could. Continually disappointed by the overall incompetence of the employees at the two locations I've tried to do business with ( Broadway and 410 branches). They give bad information over the phone, then you down to get simple banking procedures and they don't know how. It is a disgraceful situation. We've banked with them for years in Dallas, but the service in San Antonio is non-existent and consistently so. We will pull our three accounts immediately and take our business elsewhere.
This branch did not want to assist us because they are racist. We have a check from closing on a house that is made out from Coamerica but they found any and every excuse not to honor. Facing discrimination from other minorities is absolutely insane. Facing any kind of discrimination this day and age is ridiculous
