The branch has been as helpful and friendly as can be. I have had only positive experiences there.
I talked to Shireen about some fees on my account and she was amazing! Very polite, understanding and professional.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Staff are consistently rude and demeaning for any transaction related to funds over a few hundred dollars.
This is unfortunate, this branch was a good branch that I dealt with for 10 years but it took me 30 minutes for one deposit today There were three ladies and I’m the only customer and no one is helping the other and when I objected to the Waite , she tells me that she is new.
