I’ve been banking here for a while now. I don’t go in often but when I do the manager, Dorothy, greets me by name. I’ve seen her do it to others as well. When is the last time anyone at a bank greeted you by name? Customer service still exists here and it is excellent.
I visited the Comerica (Coit 121 Brach) in Plano Texas and was warmly greeted by the customer service agent and directed me to Dorothy Ton, Banking centre manager. I had the best banking experience of opening a business banking account with Dorothy and the level of customer care and professionalism is exemplary.
