New Manager Grishma is terrible with no knowledge terrible management and rude no customer service. Never go to her for any banking needs.

This is a team of amazing bankers led by Dorothy Ton. We've been banking with Comerica for 3 years and have had the best experience with the team of bankers.
I’ve been banking here for a while now. I don’t go in often but when I do the manager, Dorothy, greets me by name. I’ve seen her do it to others as well. When is the last time anyone at a bank greeted you by name? Customer service still exists here and it is excellent.
