Go to any other Comerica branch but this one. The staff, even the manager, could not handle something beyond an everyday transaction. Instead of making a phone call to find out how to handle it, they gave me ludicrous, unbelievable misinformation and wasted a day of my time. On the phone and by email the manager refused to answer a question or provide a solution. I have been an account holder since before they were Comerica. I have never had any issues with any of their branches. Comerica is a very good , east coast , bank. I wouldn’t trade them for anyone.

I have been going to this branch for the past 10 years and I have yet to get bad service. The assistant manager is super smart with an IQ of top 1%. The tellers have been there for over 25 years and know what they are doing, unlike other banks where the turnover rate is every year.

I closed my two Comerica checking accounts months ago because the service at their Saratog California was so rotten. I would recommend that you look elsewhere for a quality banking experience. I had been a client of Comweica for over ten years not always at the Saratoga branch - but they are an absolute disaster.
