Family member was able to renew cd without adding new money but they wanted me to add money for the same thing.
Worst customer service any where. Would be a zero if possible! The in-branch service is just a step above the very bad drive through. I ended up asking for my withdrawal slip, DL etc., back and drove out after waiting over 25 minutes! Three different people came to the window in that time to say sorry, but none of them could do a simple withdrawal. Also noticed the manager guy in his car smoking when I drove out. Says open but there closed pretty ass bank if you ask me.... no wonder chase is winning.
Aweful, over 15 mins in drive thru for a simple deposit. Two different tellers and didn’t do any of the banking at the window. Why have a drive thru?
