We've have many different accounts at nearly every major bank in the area (smaller banks as well). Nothing compares to the service we receive at the Waterford Branch at 7070 Highland road. So friendly, kind, and give you a personalized service that even small credit unions can't match up with. From the Manager to all the tellers, they are some of the nicest people you'll come across not just in banking, but in life. Proud to be a member of Comerica thanks to this branch.
The service here is horrendous. The staff is absolutely unfriendly and appalling. I hope they don’t treat all the clients like trash. I would have written down the woman’s name who i spoke with so I could report her but I’m just glad never to return to this branch ever.
