Excellent customer service. The people there are extremely nice and treat you like family
I visited this branch to cash a check and was disappointed by the experience. Before informing me of a $10 fee to cash the check, the teller wrote in the endorsement field—effectively preventing me from taking it elsewhere. I wasn’t given the option to decline before they marked the check, which feels unfair. Additionally, I found it unusual that they require a fingerprint just to cash a check. Overall, not a customer-friendly experience.
