I am very disappointed with Comerica in their support of small businesses. To be clear, the folks at the Waxahachie location are amazing and my review is not reflective of those individuals. My review is geared towards the Comerica bank itself and policies. I have a business that I started myself with all my money invested which is in excess of 100k in paid outright by myself. They were so nice. I forgot how kind people in smaller towns can be.
I went in one day to cash a check and Linda talked to me about opening a business bank account. I came back the next week and worked with Dominique to open an account. He made everything so easy to open an account. He took care of everything while I sat back and relaxed. The branch manager Chris came out and kept me company while my account was being opened. I can say I left BoA because they are all virtual and I like the in-person experience more and Comerica Waxahachie was a great experience !
If you mobile deposit a check you’re looking at 2-3 weeks to see the money. I spent about 30 minutes trying to find a better solution on the phone so I could pay my bills on time, instead any calls you make won’t be very helpful at one point they just laughed from a distance and sat silently. First I got the assistant manager on the phone then Jeff. Very unprofessional. I’ll be looking for some free time to open an account with another bank soon hopefully.
I hate the new automated voice response! First you have to wait until all the talking before answering and it picks up all he background noise. HATE IT!!!!!!
