Very nice and pleasant staff always try to do everything in their power to help me with all my needs
After my experience yesterday, I'm probably going to move to my husband's credit union. I had been a victim of a phishing call and had gone to this branch the next day to verify what was going on with my account. After being pushed around and passed off, I finally was able to speak with a banker about my experience and inquire about the charges made on my account and what the next steps were.
