Went thru drive to get 3000 out of my D.E. account months ago . I sent in my drivers license and D.E. Card to the teller as usual. She said is have to come in for that amount $3000. I went in and it took a good 30 -40 minutes them checking my ID. Etc and asking me personal?? questions to complete my transaction
Very quick very clean and the staff is awesone very polite!
Have been banking with Comerica since I was a teenager, have NEVER had such terrible experiences that I have at this location. This is the only location that has ever given me any issues on cashing and/or depositing a check. It seems like each time I’m here their “rules” have changed. Deposits and cash that other locations in the area do for me with no issues are “not allowed” here. Customer service is always the worst. Sad to say l will no longer be a member of Comerica due to the inconsistency and poor treatment.
