I had an excellent experience with the bank. The service was professional, efficient, and well organized. I would especially like to thank Claudia Younan for her outstanding assistance. She was extremely professional, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Her positive attitude and attention to detail truly made a difference and reflect very well on the bank. I have never been so appalled in my life! This bank literally robbed me of $100. I recently opened up a new account, see below, by depositing $500 cash in new bills. My debit card was slated to arrive within a ten days. However, I ended up getting a new job that requires me to wear suits so I withdrew $450 the other day. Went thru drive to get 3000 out of my D.E. account months ago . I sent in my drivers license and D.E. Card to the teller as usual. She said is have to come in for that amount $3000. I went in and it took a good 30 -40 minutes them checking my ID. Etc and asking me personal?? questions to complete my transaction
Very quick very clean and the staff is awesone very polite!
