I've been going to this bank for years.. I've had nothing but great and friendly service.
I would normally rate this bank 5 stars. I'm giving only 1 star this time because the drive thru ATM was out of service. To make it even worse, the ATM in front of the bank that you get out & walk up to was also out of service
Terrible branch. Tried to deposit $40 cash to friend's account and they told me that I would need to set a profile and give MY SS#. Again, I was depositing cash into a bank account with the account number on it. Said it is Comerica's policy. Ha! Went to another branch and there was none of this nonsense.
Don't come up here if you need to deposit cash in the ATM because it's temporarily unavailable and also they're only ATM is located next to their front doors it's not a drive up. This is the worst Comerica location except for the second closest one to my house which has been shut down completely. But at least it still appears on Google search and on the maps so it'll frustrate a lot more people. Thanks Comerica. What have you been doing with the interest you've been making off of all of our money.
